Print this tool and give it to the mentees. Explain the baseball diamond and the process of 'rounding the bases'. Seven Core Heart Issues: This tool will help mentors get to the core issue when dealing with symptoms that are destructive to a relationship. It can be difficult to determine what the real issue is.
